Introduction to Volunteer Management Training

A VAST training session available to Community Health Champions.

This is a brand-new course aimed at covering the basics of volunteer management and therefore, is also suitable as a refresher for anyone already in a volunteer management role.

Delivered by our highly experienced volunteering team, the course will cover:

• What is volunteering?
• What drives people to volunteer?
• Who can volunteer?
• Volunteer recruitment.
• How you can support, train, and retain your volunteers.

This training session will take place at The Dudson Centre in Hanley and will be around 2 hours with a break in between. If you have any queries, please email [email protected].
