‘Your Views on Vaccinations’ Survey

Local NHS partners want to understand people’s thoughts about vaccinations, so are asking people to take part in a short survey.

The survey covers a range of vaccinations from childhood immunisations, flu and Covid-19. It hopes to gather people’s opinions about these, and some practical information about how people would like to access this type of service

This short survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
