Together We’re Better is part of the ICS (Integrated Care System) for Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. As part of the NHS, they work locally with NHS providers, local authorities, higher education institutions, social care and more to deliver care for local residents.
Representatives from a variety of partners are being brought together to host four recruitment open days across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. The purpose of the events is to encourage people who are ‘NEW2’ Health and Care, considering a career change, or looking for a ‘foot in the door’, into a health and care career.
These events are free to attendees, and some roles being showcased do not require applicants to have any specific experience, but the right kind of values and attitudes. There are a variety of health and care roles to learn about and discuss with managers, recruitment teams and employees. There may also be the opportunity to have an interview on the day.
Colleagues from across the NHS trusts in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent will be in attendance promoting entry level roles in vacancies that they have across their departments, as well as representation from the social care sector.
BSL interpreters will also be in attendance.
These are walk in sessions, so no need to book.
