Peer Support Group

Every Monday from 10am – 12 noon the health and wellbeing team at Meir Primary Care Network host a mental health peer support group. 

This is a place for people to pop in for a cuppa, where they can talk, and help build resilience and self esteem in a a warm, friendly and safe space.

When: Mondays from 10 – 12 noon

Wellbeing Wednesdays

Feeling lonely, isolated, want to meet new people or make healthy lifestyle changes? Every Wednesday the Meir Wellbeing Wednesday drop in hosts a health and wellbeing coach and a social presciber. Pop along and join them for a friendly chat, group activities, relaxation and a cuppa.

This also includes free refreshments and all are welcome (18+)

When: Wednesdays from 9am – 12.30pm
Where: Buccleuch Road, Stoke, on Trent, ST3 4RF

Men Matter Support Group 

Men Matter Support Group is a place in the heart of Meir for men to meet, chat and get support. Share your experiences over a free cuppa, in a warm space where pool and ping pong tables are also available. There is also an on site social prescribing link worker for non-medical support, and free blood pressure checks are available.

When: Mondays from 1.30-3.30pm
Where: the YARD, Forest Road, Meir, ST3 7BY
