Following the success of the Tackling Loneliness webinar in November last year, the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust will be hosting another FREE webinar, this time to share the latest insights and findings from the Supporting Armed Forces in Acute Hospital Settings programme.
In partnership with NHS England and NHS Improvement, the Covenant Fund awarded almost £2 million to 17 pilot projects to try better ways of supporting veterans and their families when they are in a hospital setting.
