The survey will directly inform the future development of local sexual health services to make sure that they meet the needs of the community. You don’t need to have used the services to take part in the survey.

Although the Public Health survey covers some sensitive topics, participants can skip over any questions that they don’t wish to answer.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and all responses will be kept anonymous. Please be aware that the questionnaire will time out after 20 minutes.
