Healthwatch Stoke-on-Trent is the independent local champion for health and social services, part of their role is to understand the experiences of people who are using the services and to give people an opportunity to speak up and have their voices heard.
They are currently interested in hearing from Stoke-on-Trent residents about dentistry services and experiences of getting appointments, plus the costs of dental treatments at NHS dentists.
Your feedback is collected anonymously and will be used to create a report which will be shared with dentistry service commissioners and the Integrated Care System (ICS) to seek to improve services. This will also be published online.
Access the survey here: https://engagingcommunities.researchfeedback.net/s.asp?k=165297403286
The survey should only take a few minutes to complete, the closing date is the 20th June.
