Last week, the government updated the guidance on what people must do before they travel to England and after they arrive.

The update confirms that passengers do not need to complete a passenger locator form or take a COVID-19 test before they travel to England or on arrival if they began their journey to England in Ukraine.

And the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs updated the guidance for seasonal agricultural, horticultural workers and pork butchers coming to England to work on farms or processing sites or at slaughterhouses, and their employers to reflect these changes.
