Ageing Better is a seven-year, £87 million investment to improve the lives of people aged over 50. It is a test and learn programme collecting information from different sources to find out what would be useful to groups that deliver activities to older people aimed at reducing social isolation.
As part of the project, a number of resources (including research reports and ways to connect) are available, which might be useful to you, your organisation, and other projects in the area. It is also aimed at health workers and carers.
Although the project focuses on older people, many of the resources would be practical and adaptable for a range of age groups.
