Summer 2025 Parent Carer Survey

Stoke Parent Carer Champions for Change is keen to understand the concerns of Stoke-on-Trent’s families and identify the issues facing the parents and carers of children and young people with additional needs.

Understanding your personal experience will help us to focus on the most important issues. All information provided is anonymised and is used to spot themes and trends to help us make change happen!

If you have more than one child with SEND and their experience and levels of support are very different we advise completing one survey for each child.
