Moving Together is a creative dance and movement project offering inclusive sessions to adults who have long term health conditions.
What is ‘Moving Together’?

Moving Together by FRONTLINEdance offers a place for people with long-term health conditions to move together in a relaxed, enjoyable and social environment.

Sessions are fully accessible and inclusive to all. They are open to all levels of ability and are suitable for MS, Parkinson’s, Stroke, Cancer and Rheumatoid conditions.

Seated options are available and you can rest as much as you need. People undergoing treatment are welcome to attend, as long as this is okay with their medical professional.

Those who have taken part have said “It’s joyful! A friendly group that gets me out of the house and socialising”

With a ‘pay what you can’ policy in place the sessions are designed to be even more accessible, and free refreshments are included. They take place in various locations across the city so you can find a session to suit you. Please see the schedule below:

Blurton (Monday’s 3:00-4:00pm) at Blurton Community Hub
Tunstall (Tuesday’s 1:30-2:45pm) at Tunstall Methodist Church
Stafford (Thursday’s 1:30-2:30pm) at The Northfield Centre
