Join Diabetes UK on Tuesday 1st August if you are a young person with type 1 diabetes aged 11-25 years old, a parent of a young person with type 1 or a Healthcare Professional to find out all about our Young Leader positions.
Please bring a question with you! The session will conclude with a QnA with our Young Leaders about the Young Leader role. This will allow you to hear first-hand about their experiences, all they have achieved in the first year of the ‘Our Lives, Our Choices, Our Voices’ programme and what you could achieve if you were to become a part of it!
They will speak to 11-15 year olds about activities to prepare them for their role as a Young Leader once they are 16 years old.
