Communities Together is all about making sure that the communities of Stoke-on-Trent are vibrant and inclusive, ensuring people are aspirational and feel a sense of belonging and pride in their places.
Community Lounges
Community lounges provide a place for you to gain local advice and support available to you and your family. Advice includes budgeting skills, community activities, employment and training and fuel poverty, amongst much more. At these lounges you will be able to chat with the local locality collector as well as access other support services.
Locality Connectors
These Locality Connectors work within the community and adult social care to ensure that citizens are empowered, connected, independent and have an improved sense of wellbeing. These Connectors chat and build relationships with residents while listening for potential issues, leading to action where the Connectors will help or phone the right service, and take steps to prevent the problem getting worse.
