Monitoring and Evaluation Training

A free VAST training session available to Community Health Champions.

Monitoring and evaluating the progress and quality of your work is a crucial part of your operations, not only for ensuring effective grant management but also designing your projects to help identify goals, outcomes and assessing your impact.

Monitoring and evaluation will also enable you to recognise the relationships between the need for your work, your activities, and the impact you’re intending to achieve.

To evaluate your work effectively, you’ll need to regularly gather different pieces of information at various stages of your operations to detail the milestones you’ve aimed for (as well as those you’ve hit), and your planned approach to achieving your outcomes.

We’ll help you to create a framework for this process which will enable you to ensure that your ‘who, what, where, when, why, and how’ are working for your organisation, helping you to achieve your goals.

This training will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to accurately monitor and evaluate your operations to enable you to effectively feed back to funders, trustees, and others on how you’re doing what you do and the impact it’s having on the local community.

VAST has a wealth of knowledge and a century of experience so you can rest assured that you’re getting the training you deserve.
