Walking Connects supports over 50s to get out and about on fun led walks, and creates a platform to voice how you think your local walking environment should change.

Get involved and become a volunteer Walk Leader or a Community Street Reviewer.

Walk leader: Create connected communities in your area, by encouraging people to walk with you! Plan and lead walks between 20-30 minutes for small groups, ensuring the route is fun, accessible and safe.

Community street reviewer: Improve the walking environment in your area. Explore the local streets and review any obstacles you think would prevent people from choosing to walk.
