Information from Together We’re Better Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent:
The local health and care partnership for Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, Together We’re Better, is seeking your views on glaucoma and cataracts services locally.
The partnership is focusing on making improvements to local eye health, specifically glaucoma and cataract. Together We’re Better wants to hear from local patients to find out what their experiences are of using glaucoma and cataract services, in order to improve these services. If you have used these services and would like to share your views and experiences, you can get involved.
Two online events will be held on 1 November, from 9 am until 11 am, and 2 November from 6 pm until 8 pm. These events will be via Microsoft Team and will be an opportunity for patients to provide their real-life experiences. To share your views on these services, you can sign up to attend one of the events by clicking here.
If you cannot attend these events, you can also share your views by completing the survey which is available here. This survey will be open until midnight on 22 November 2021.
If you need documents in different formats or languages or need help to complete the survey, please call 0333 150 2155.
