Healthwatch Stoke-on-Trent is the independent local champion for health and social care services in Stoke-on-Trent. Part of our role is to understand the experiences of people who are using respective service and to give people an opportunity to speak up and have their voices heard.

On this occasion, Healthwatch are interested in hearing from Stoke-on-Trent residents about how their mental wellbeing has been, or is currently being, impacted by the coronavirus pandemic; this was a key area of concern for residents in their priorities survey.

Healthwatch Stoke-on-Trent is hoping to understand and share the experiences of residents as well as the impact it has had on them. Questions relate to general mental health impact, the Covid-19 vaccination and booster anxieties, family support, hobbies and activities, drug and alcohol usage and organisation support services. There is also an opportunity to add any additional comments you may have.

Your feedback is collected anonymously and will be used to create a report that we will share with hospital providers to seek to minimise future impact plus publishing it on our website and sharing with others such as NHS England, Clinical Commissioning Groups, NHS Trusts, and Local Authorities etc.

This survey is open to all Stoke-on-Trent residents. Experiences can be based on periods from March 2020 – present.
