Healthwatch Stoke-on-Trent is an independent health and social care champion for all. It’s main purpose is to gain the views of local people about their needs and experiences of local health and social care to improve services.
Healthwatch Stoke is also responsible for making recommendations to Healthwatch England to advise the Care Quality Commission to carry out special reviews or investigations into areas of concern.
The city council’s commissioning team are hosting a free online feedback event on Tuesday 25 April at 10:30am.
