Spring Celebration
We’ll be showcasing some of the exciting projects delivered through round one of the Make it Happen grants and we’ll share more news about the second round of funding and how you can get involved.
You’ll also be able to take part in a craft activity, hear about some of the other support that VAST has coming up and most importantly get to meet others involved in the Community Health Champions project.
