Healthwatch Stoke-on-Trent currently have two priority surveys available to take part in, both of which will be closing within a few weeks.
- Mental Wellbeing Survey
- Hospital Services Survey
Your feedback is collected anonymously and will be used to create a report that will be shared with mental health and hospital providers, to seek to minimise future encountered problems. The report will also be published on their website and shared with others including NHS England, Clinical Commissioning Groups, NHS Trusts, and Local Authorities.
