Summer 2024 is all about…Smart Food Choices for Weight and Wellbeing
With all the information out there, it can be hard to know what’s fact or fad when it comes to losing weight or maintaining a healthy dietary approach. This FREE session, aims to take a look at the most effective dietary approaches that will work for you, whilst also addressing some of the food myths and messages that can influence your weight loss and wellbeing.
You will discover;
Our relationship with food and weight management based on calories in and calories out.
The role different food groups can play in our ability to lose and maintain a healthy weight.
Understanding the impact of foods on our hormones and how we gain weight.
How to eat differently and move more to support metabolism, energy levels and overall wellbeing.
Each 90-minute session, led by a trained X-Pert Educator is designed to engage and inspire you, the sessions will provide you with lots of up to date information on how to bring the right balance to your dietary approach including; practical tips to support weight loss, increase your energy levels and improve overall health and wellbeing.
